Job Summary
Provide front-line customer service in a Sherwin-Williams retail store, advise wholesale and retail customers on product needs, and recommend suitable solutions. Resolve customer concerns to ensure high client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain the store’s visual standards. Contribute to achieving the store’s sales goals while handling cash and other payment methods with appropriate security. This role involves interaction with customers (including minors) and access to store merchandise and sensitive information; criminal history review is conducted as part of safeguarding customers and staff.
