Job Summary
Conduct daily customer interactions at Store #2482 Candler, determining client needs, answering questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommending appropriate solutions. Promptly resolve customer concerns, maintain high visual standards of merchandise, and consistently meet store sales goals. Ensure maximum client satisfaction while staying up-to-date with product features. This full-time position requires a background check due to unsupervised access to cash, customer information, and store merchandise.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work at Store # 2482 Candler located at 107 Smokey Park Highway, Asheville NC 28806
- Must be able to work with customers, which may include minors
- Must have access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value
- Must be able to work supervised or unsupervised
- Must be willing to undergo a review of criminal history
