Job Summary
Store Crew Member at eegee’s in Phoenix, responsible for delivering friendly guest experiences, helping with food preparation and drinks, maintaining a clean and efficient store, and following recipes and food safety rules. Role progresses through Level 1 to Level 5 with increasing responsibilities (production, sandwich building, guest experience, drive-thru expertise) and a potential Shift Leader path; no experience required and training provided. Emphasis on teamwork, multitasking during busy drive-thru periods, good communication, basic math, and a flexible schedule around school.
