Job Summary
Prepare food in the kitchen and serve customers at the front counter by cooking menu items, operating cash registers, and managing drive-thru operations. Maintain a clean workstation and guest area while adhering to food safety standards, FIFO stock rotation, and workplace safety protocols. Monitor product shelf-life and temperature, assist with preventive maintenance, and report issues such as damaged or spoiled items to the supervisor. Perform assigned tasks including receiving, handling, and storing food materials, and support new-hire training where certified. Work irregular shifts standing or walking for the majority of the time, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and operate in environments with hot/cold temperatures, wet floors, and moderate noise.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years high school education
- 1 year of crew member experience in a similar industry
- Food Safety training from an ANSI approved food safety training provider
- Food Handler Certification or equivalent
