Job Summary
Store Crew members prepare food in the kitchen and/or serve customers at the front counter, operate the cash register and drive-thru, maintain a clean workstation and guest area, monitor product quality and temperature, follow FIFO stock rotation, practice food safety and sanitation, and assist with receiving, handling, and storage of materials. They perform duties according to standard operating procedures, follow workplace policies, and may train or support training of new hires. Strong teamwork, customer service, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods, and work irregular hours are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years high school education
- 1 year of crew member experience in a similar industry
- Food Safety training from an ANSI approved food safety training provider (as required by law)
- Food Handler Certification or equivalent
