Job Summary
Prepare food in the kitchen and serve customers at the front counter through the ordering process. Cook food, prepare menu items and ingredients, operate a cash register, run the drive-thru, and maintain a clean workstation and guest area. Adhere to standard operating procedures, food safety practices, and FIFO stock rotation while monitoring product quality and temperature. Operate equipment following standard procedures, assist in preventive maintenance, and report workplace concerns to the supervisor. Handle irregular hours and varying shift schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years high school education
- 1 year of crew member experience in a similar industry
- Food Safety training from an ANSI approved food safety training provider
- Food Handler Certification or equivalent
