Job Summary
Store Counter Sales at a NAPA Auto Parts retail environment: serve as the face of the store, provide auto parts answers and solutions to customers in person or by phone, help teammates with questions, and deliver outstanding customer care. Leverage parts knowledge to assist customers and drive a positive shopping experience; use computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog systems. Ideal candidates have experience in automotive parts or related tinkering, a willingness to learn, excellent verbal and written communication, and a customer-centric mindset. ASE certifications are a plus. This is a part-time role with potential for growth and internal advancement within a Fortune 200 company that emphasizes training and development and a team-based culture.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn all things auto parts.
