Job Summary
NAPA Store Counter Sales role (Part Time) focusing on helping customers at the counter with auto parts questions, providing accurate parts recommendations, and delivering high-energy, customer-centric service in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers in-store and over the phone, leveraging parts knowledge, collaborating with team members, operating a cash register and computer system, and facilitating a positive shopping experience. Ideal candidates have experience in automotive parts or a willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset, with a HS diploma or GED and valid driver’s license. ASE certifications are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical or Trade school courses or degree
- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn all things auto parts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
