Store Counter Sales (Part Time)

As a NAPA Store Counter Sales Associate (Part Time) you’ll be the face of our retail store, providing auto parts answers and solutions in person at the counter or over the phone. You’ll apply your parts knowledge to assist customers and fellow team members, deliver outstanding customer care, welcome customers into the store, and use technology (computer, cash register, paper catalog) to support sales and service. The role requires enthusiasm for helping customers with auto parts and service questions, a willingness to learn all things automotive if you don’t have a background, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. The position offers an hourly pay of $17 with opportunities for pay progression and growth within the company, plus benefits and development opportunities. Experience in automotive parts or a related field is preferred, but a desire to learn and strong communication skills are key.
