Store Counter Sales (Part Time)

Store Counter Sales (Part Time) – Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter/over the phone; assist other team members; deliver outstanding customer care and a positive consumer experience in a fast-paced NAPA store; use computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog systems; welcome customers and engage to provide a positive experience. You’ll need a valid driver’s license and a High School Diploma or GED, with previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or a willingness to learn all things auto parts. Technical or Trade school courses or degree are a plus, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, great listening skills, empathy for customers, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced retail. Optional but valued: background in automotive/heavy equipment/diesel/marine/dealership, knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems, ASE certifications.
