Store Counter Sales (Part Time)

Job Summary
Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter or over the phone. Use parts knowledge to assist other team members and ensure outstanding customer care and interactions in a fast-paced store. Welcome customers, engage them to deliver a positive shopping experience, and utilize computer systems, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog. Ideal candidates have experience in the automotive industry or have tinkering/repair experience and are eager to learn all things automotive to grow their career with us at NAPA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn all things auto parts
- Knowledge of automotive parts or willingness to learn
- Experience with cataloging and/or inventory management systems is a plus
- ASE Certifications are a plus
