Store Counter Sales

Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter or over the phone. Use your parts knowledge to assist other team members and deliver outstanding customer care to everyone entering the store. Welcome retail customers, engage them with a positive experience, and operate technology including computers, cash registers, telephones, and paper catalog systems. Maintain high energy in a fast-paced retail environment while applying excellent listening skills and empathy. A valid driver's license and automotive parts experience are required, though a willingness to learn is also acceptable.
