Job Summary
Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter or over the phone. Use parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members, delivering outstanding customer care and a positive consumer experience in a fast-paced NAPA Store. Welcome customers, guide them to the right parts, and operate the computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog system. The role emphasizes customer-centric service, teamwork, and a willingness to learn all things automotive; ASE certifications are a plus. Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical or Trade school courses or degree
- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn all things auto parts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
