As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you are the face of the store, providing auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers at the counter or over the phone. Leverage your parts knowledge to assist customers and fellow team members, delivering outstanding customer care and a positive, energetic experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll welcome customers, use computer systems, cash registers, telephones, and paper catalogs, and help customers with auto parts questions.
