Store Counter Sales

NAPA Counter Sales role at Allentown, PA store. You’ll serve as the face of the retail store, provide auto parts answers and solutions to customers in person and over the phone, assist team members with questions, and ensure a positive customer experience. Requires background/knowledge of automotive parts, willingness to learn all things auto parts, and strong communication. Ideal candidates have prior experience in a parts store or automotive industry, a valid driver’s license, and a High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade school coursework or degree is a plus. Responsibilities include using a computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog system; helping customers with parts questions, and supporting store operations in a fast-paced retail environment; opportunities for career growth within the organization. ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
