Job Summary
NAPA Store Counter Sales Associate — serve as the face of the retail store by providing auto parts answers and solutions to customers in person and over the phone. Leverage parts knowledge to assist teammates, deliver outstanding customer care, and engage customers to create a positive shopping experience. Roles include welcoming customers, using the computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog systems, and maintaining a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Prior automotive parts experience is welcome, but willingness to learn and enthusiasm for automotive parts are valued; opportunities to grow into other careers within the company are available. Knowledge of automotive parts, cataloging, and inventory management is a plus; ASE Certifications are beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn all things auto parts
- ASE Certifications preferred (not required)
