Store Counter Sales

As a NAPA Store Counter Sales associate, you’ll be the face of the retail store helping customers with auto parts at the counter or over the phone. Leverage your parts knowledge to provide solutions, assist team members, and deliver outstanding customer care in a fast-paced environment. You’ll welcome customers, use the computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog systems, and support a team-focused culture with opportunities for career growth. Prior experience in automotive parts or related tinkering/repair activity is preferred, and a willingness to learn all things auto parts is essential. ASE certifications and knowledge of cataloging/inventory systems are a plus.
