Job Summary
Provide auto parts answers and solutions for customers in person at the counter or by phone, using your parts knowledge to assist other team members and ensure a positive customer experience. Welcome customers into the store, engage with them to address auto parts questions, and utilize computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog systems. Ideal for those who enjoy helping customers with auto parts and service questions, with a background in the automotive industry or hands-on car/truck tinkering, and a willingness to learn all things auto parts. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn all things auto parts
- Technical or Trade school courses or degree
- ASE Certifications a plus
