Store Counter Sales

Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter or over the phone. Use parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members and ensure outstanding customer care and interactions. Welcome customers into the store and engage to create a positive consumer experience. Operate the computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog system. Ideal candidate enjoys helping customers with auto parts and service questions, has parts experience from automotive work or tinkering, and is willing to learn all things automotive. Strong communication, listening, and empathy for customers are valued, with opportunities for career growth within a fast-paced retail environment.
