Job Summary
NAPA Store Counter Sales: serve as the face of the retail store by providing auto parts answers and solutions to customers in person at the counter or over the phone. Use your parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members and ensure outstanding customer care and a positive consumer experience. Welcome customers into the store, engage with them, and support fast-paced retail interactions using computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalogs. Ideal candidates enjoy helping customers with auto parts questions, have experience in automotive parts or repair, are eager to learn all things automotive, and are looking to grow within a team-focused, promotion-ready environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical or Trade school courses or degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Love fast paced retail environments
- Experience in a parts store
- Background and/or passion for automotive industry
- Knowledge of cataloging AND/OR inventory management systems
- ASE Certifications
