Store Counter Sales

As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you will act as the 'face of the retail store', providing auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers both in person and over the phone. The role requires a familiarity with automotive parts, customer service skills, and a willingness to learn if experience is lacking. Responsibilities include assisting customers, using technology and cash register systems, and maintaining a customer-centric approach in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license and previous experience in automotive parts or retail are preferred.
