Job Summary
Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers at the counter and over the phone, acting as the face of the store. Use parts knowledge to assist teammates, deliver outstanding customer care, engage customers to create a positive experience, and operate a computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog. Must have or pursue background in automotive parts; willingness to learn all things auto parts; strong communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Education: High School Diploma or GED; Driver’s License. Nice-to-have: experience in a parts store or automotive industry, knowledge of cataloging/inventory systems, ASE certifications. Growth opportunities within the company and ongoing training available.
