Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter or over the phone; use parts knowledge to assist team members; deliver outstanding customer care and a positive store experience; engage customers entering the store and help with automotive parts questions; operate a computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog system; prior parts-store or automotive industry experience is a plus, but willingness to learn is valued.
Required Qualifications
