Job Summary
Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers at the counter and over the phone; use parts knowledge to assist teammates and customers; deliver outstanding customer care in a fast-paced NAPA Store; welcome customers, engage them for a positive experience, and operate the cash register and catalog systems; prior parts industry experience or hands-on automotive tinkering is valued, and willingness to learn more about automotive parts is encouraged. ASE certifications are a plus. This role can lead to further opportunities within the company and includes competitive pay and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Willingness to learn all things automotive and parts
