Job Summary
Provide auto parts answers and solutions for both retail and wholesale customers at the counter and over the phone; use parts knowledge to assist team members in answering customer questions; deliver outstanding customer care and create a positive in-store experience; engage customers as the face of the store and utilize the computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog systems; prior parts experience in the automotive industry or a willingness to learn all things auto parts is preferred; opportunities for learning and career growth within the NAPA family.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn all things auto parts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive parts or background in automotive industry
