Store Counter Sales

As a NAPA Store Counter Sales associate, you will be the face of the retail store, providing auto parts answers and solutions to customers in person at the counter or over the phone. Leverage your parts knowledge to assist customers and fellow team members, deliver outstanding customer care, and create a positive in-store experience. You’ll use technology (computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog) to help customers and support ongoing store operations. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers with auto parts questions, has some automotive experience or a willingness to learn, and is excited about growing a career with a supportive, family-friendly team in a fast-paced retail environment. ASE certifications and cataloging/inventory knowledge are pluses.
