Tint and mix paint to customer specifications; ensure color accuracy and consistency; perform color matching with or without technology; operate production-area equipment and manage stock; maintain store/workspace safety, cleanliness, and organization; drive company vehicle as needed; read/write English and interpret technical materials; complete Dunn-Edwards Color Pro Certification Levels 1-2 within 90 days; bilingual a plus; non-exempt role with emphasis on customer service and precise tinting and color accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Color Pro Certification Levels 1-2 within 90 days
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to distinguish colors and pass Farnsworth-Munsell Color Acuity Quiz
