Job Summary
Greet customers confidently, offer friendly support, and help them find products using in-store devices to check stock and share options. Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished while maintaining sharp displays and on-brand presentation. Support day-to-day store tasks including till work, restocking, and following safety guidelines to ensure smooth operations. Welcome customers with energy, maintain high service standards, and contribute to a supportive team environment. This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and busy seasonal periods.
Required Qualifications
- A positive, enthusiastic approach suited to a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment
- Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging customers and working as part of a team
