Job Summary
Greet customers confidently, offer friendly support, and help them find products using in-store devices to check stock and share options. Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished by maintaining displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring everything stays fresh and on-brand. Support day-to-day store tasks including till work and follow all safety guidelines while maintaining high service and presentation standards. Work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and busy seasonal periods within a fast-paced retail environment.
