Job Summary
As a Store Colleague at JD Sports, you’ll be a key part of delivering the JD group experience by greeting customers with energy, assisting them in finding products, and ensuring stock is replenished and displays stay on-brand. You will use in-store devices to check stock, support the full customer experience, keep the shop floor clean, and assist with till work and general store duties while following safety and store guidelines. The role requires a positive, enthusiastic approach, strong teamwork and communication, and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and busy seasonal periods to support a fast-paced retail environment and deliver excellent service.
