Job Summary
Restaurant Supervisor Lead is the second in command on the store leadership team, responsible for leading, coaching and developing Shift Supervisors and Squad Crew while learning restaurant operations alongside the General Manager. Sets the tone for the shift, creates a welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff, manages keyholder cash handling and shift checklists, and resolves concerns with leadership escalation as needed. The role emphasizes building a positive team culture where feedback and wins are celebrated, with many leaders promoted internally.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience coaching, teaching and inspiring others
- Proven success in following and enforcing processes and standards; correcting and coaching in a compassionate manner
- Customer service skills and a proven ability to remain calm and focused
