Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for sales transactions, stocking, and maintaining a clean, safe store. Greet customers, upsell related products, process payments, follow state laws on tobacco, lottery, and alcohol, promote loyalty programs, monitor for security, and adhere to company policies while performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be minimum eighteen (18) years of age to sell tobacco, lottery products and alcohol.
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry boxes and/or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time (95%).
- Must be able to climb, balance, reach, grab, stoop, crawl, bend, and crouch for extended periods.
