Job Summary
Provide quality customer service, complete assigned store tasks, and meet operating standards by complying with QT Policies & Procedures, QT Purpose and Core Values, Standards of Store Operations, and all QT programs at the direction of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Manage customer relations, merchandising, store appearance, business operations, and employee support while maintaining patience for tough situations and communicating clearly in English with customers, vendors, and staff. Must be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision. This part-time role supports the South Arlington location.
