Job Summary
Store Clerk responsible for cashiering, stocking, cleaning and monitoring perishables; delivers excellent customer service, operates a cash register, processes diverse payment methods, assists unloading deliveries, supports shelf/produce displays, ensures pricing accuracy per company guidelines, maintains store cleanliness and safety, and may train other team members. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proven, efficient retail sales experience; experience in dry grocery, perishable, meat, general grocery, cash management and excellent customer service preferred
- Must be able to read, write and speak in English
- Proficiency in basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, and basic computer skills
- Must be dependable and flexible to work scheduled shifts
- Must adhere to safety standards
- Must adhere to a uniform dress code
- Ability to stand, walk and move about for extended periods
- Must be 18 years of age or older
