Job Summary
Greet donors and customers; receive donations and issue receipts; rotate stock on a timely basis; place and present merchandise on textile racks; sort, box and label hangers by type; assist in textile color rotation; maintain cleanliness of the sales floor; provide prompt and courteous customer service; direct customers to proper areas and provide information; monitor for shoplifting and notify management; follow Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) procedures; perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience highly preferred
