Job Summary
Scan and ring out all customer purchases using the POS register, accurately providing change and handling cash, check, and charge transactions. Replenish inventory from in-store stock and incoming orders, while performing general housekeeping to maintain a professional checkout area and store cleanliness standards. Assist customers with large purchases, answer phones with appropriate greetings, and react to potential shoplifters following company policy. Complete mandatory training programs and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts
- Drug test
- Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
- Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position
