Job Summary
Greet customers, answer telephone calls, and process all sales transactions using the cash register, fuel console, and lottery machine. Manage merchandise inventory by ensuring displays are neat and stocked, communicating shortages to supervisors, and verifying vendor deliveries. Perform shift opening and closing duties, handle cash and credit card payments, and maintain store cleanliness and facility safety. Report cash shortages and equipment issues to the Resort Manager and Store Supervisor. This seasonal position requires flexible scheduling based on guest occupancy and staffing needs. Required Qualifications
- Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and the internet
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
- Regularly required to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time
- Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Variable scheduling availability based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors
- Ability to confirm work authorization via E-Verify
