Job Summary
Store Clerk for CHS Inc. at the Cenex Zip Trip location in Kalispell, MT. Full-time role generally 40 hours/week with flexible schedule. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, greeting customers, cashier duties (accepting payments, issuing receipts), helping customers locate items, displaying and organizing products, restocking shelves, inventory tracking, supporting loss prevention, assisting with displays and promotions, maintaining store safety and following PPE and safety policies, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires 1+ years of retail and/or retail merchandising and customer service experience, ability to work flexible hours, basic math and computer skills for POS and timekeeping systems, and English literacy. High school diploma or GED preferred. Pre-employment screenings may be required. Physical ability to stand, squat, bend, and lift up to 55 lbs. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to work on computers with MS Office Suite
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Basic math and computer skills to operate store equipment such as, but not limited to, cash register, time and record keeping computer systems
