Store Cleaning Associate

Maintain a clean and organized store environment by operating the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while cross-training to work in multiple store areas including the backroom, front end, and sales floor. Support front end coverage needs and participate in store recovery throughout the day. Uphold merchandising philosophy, signage standards, and health and safety policies including essential item refilling. Communicate effectively with management and associates while responding to changes in direction or unexpected situations. This role supports the broader TJX family of brands and contributes to a positive store culture grounded in honesty and integrity.
