Store Cleaning Associate

Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Operates the scrubber and buffer; performs dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning of glass and windows. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards. Cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. Demonstrates strong customer experience practices with internal and external customers; fosters a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect. Maintains floor care cleanliness and the operation of cleaning equipment; upholds cleanliness standards for the Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, and related areas. Follows health and safety policies and lifts items as needed. Flexible to cross-train in other store areas and to respond to coverage needs. Communicates effectively with management and associates; adheres to labor laws and company policies. Benefits and compensation details are provided in the posting. Compensation starts at $14.25 to $14.75 per hour.
