Job Summary
Maintain a clean store environment with floor care responsibilities including operation of the floor scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass/windows; cross-trained to support multiple store areas; uphold health and safety, loss prevention, and merchandising standards; engage with customers and colleagues to support store operations and recovery activities; flexible to assist Front End/Backroom/Sales Floor duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and use a floor buffer/scrubber
- Able to multi-task and adapt to changes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Retail customer experience preferred
