Store Cleaning Associate

Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care, including operation of the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass/windows. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards. Cross-trained to support multiple store areas and role models positive customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Upholds health and safety policies and cleanliness standards across the Sales Floor, Backroom, Front End, and restrooms. Supports and responds to Front End coverage needs and participates in store recovery as needed. Communicates effectively with management and Associates and maintains company policies and signage standards. Other duties as assigned.
