Job Summary
Store cleaning associate at TJX helps maintain a clean, organized retail environment across stores and distribution centers. Responsibilities include operating floor-care equipment (scrubber and buffer), dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Cross-trained to support multiple store areas, adheres to health and safety policies, and upholds loss-prevention and merchandise standards while delivering customer service and contributing to a positive store culture.
