STORE CLEANING ASSOCIATE

Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with floor-care duties, operating the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass/windows. Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs; emphasizes customer experience, loss prevention, and adherence to safety policies; supports store-wide operations and sign/merchandising standards; communicates effectively with management and associates; able to lift heavy objects and multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
