Store Cleaning Associate

Maintain a clean store environment and operate floor-care equipment (scrubber and buffer). Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning of glass/windows. Adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss-prevention standards. Cross-train across store areas to support business needs. Demonstrate customer-service practices with internal and external customers; uphold a positive store culture with honesty and respect. Maintain floor-care cleanliness across the Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, and Associate areas; comply with Health and Safety policies and refill essential items in the Lounge and Restrooms. Flexible to cover Front End needs; support store recovery and signage standards; follow labor policies and procedures. Location-specific: TJX Store 1471, Bessemer, AL. Starting pay range: $12.75–$13.25 per hour (annualized $26,520–$27,560).
