Job Summary
Operate scrubbers, buffers, and vacuum equipment to maintain clean sales floors, restrooms, and backrooms. Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, and spot cleaning glass while adhering to merchandising and loss prevention standards. Cross-train across multiple store areas including the front end, backroom, and single queue to support business needs and respond to coverage changes. Uphold safety protocols, health standards, and operational policies while communicating effectively with management and associates.
Required Qualifications

- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber
- Capable of multi-tasking

- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Standout colleague, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
