Store Cleaner

Store Cleaner for TJX-HomeGoods stores responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care. Operates scrubber and buffer, performs dust and damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and glass/window spot cleaning. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-trained to support multiple store areas and uphold customer experience practices, safety policies, and the store culture. Maintains floor care cleanliness across Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, and associate areas; supports Front End coverage and basic merchandising/ signage standards; participates in store recovery and adheres to labor and health/safety policies. Requires strong customer service, organization, physical stamina, ability to multi-task, and effective communication. Location: Albuquerque, NM; Starting pay $13.75-$14.25 per hour with full benefits eligibility.
