Job Summary
Operate scrubbers, buffers, and vacuum equipment to maintain clean, organized sales floors, backrooms, and restrooms. Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, and spot cleaning glass while upholding merchandising and signage standards. Support front-end coverage needs and initiate store recovery as required throughout the day. Adhere to health, safety, and loss prevention policies including shrink reduction and essential item refilling. Cross-train across multiple store areas to meet business demands.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Strong communication skills: verbal and written
- Listens and responds appropriately
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Standout colleague, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
