Job Summary
Process sales transactions accurately, including identification verification, payment handling, and loyalty program promotion while greeting customers to build relationships. Deliver personalized service by engaging with shoppers, answering inquiries, and informing them about products and promotions. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store, ensure adherence to alcohol sales laws, and complete assigned merchandising or stock duties. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, lifting 50 lbs overhead and standing for 8-10 hours daily. Maintain product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
- Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset
- 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred
