Job Summary
Store C Manager at Circle K in Willowick, OH oversees 2+ full-time employees, recruits and trains staff, schedules shifts, ensures store is clean, stocked, and compliant with company standards, handles customer service and complaints, maintains store image, and trains employees on safety, cash handling, and reporting. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail work experience 1 to 2 years preferred
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Ability to have open availability
- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
- Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment and to operate a cash register/computer
- Food Server certificate (e.g. ServSafe) and Food Safety Management certification may be required
